生け花!

I have been doing Ikebana(Japanese flower arrangement) for about half a year now. It never ceases to amaze me how my sensei can just magically make my arrangements look good with a few simple changes!

Ikebana actually has rigid rules to begin with. We have a textbook that shows us the exact placement of the flowers including the degrees of incline! We usually arrange the flowers by ourselves first, then our sensei checks and adjusts them for us. They always look SO much better, she makes it seem so effortless. No matter how hard I try to memorize the arrangement and replicate it minutes later, it NEVER looks the same. =/

She also said you can tell a person's personality through their flower arrangements. Even with the same flowers, the same lesson(positioning of flowers and degrees of incline), we always end up with very different arrangements! So, how well do you know me? Here are arrangements from last week's lesson, the other two are by Robin and Sayaka! :)

Take a guess! Number 1, 2 or 3?

Number 1.

Number 2.

Number 3.
